Activity Fee Information 2011-2012
- The fee for high school activities is $100 per sport and $100 for marching band.
- The fee for middle school activities is $75 per sport.
- The activity fee must be paid online.
- The fee cannot be paid at any of the WCS schools.
- No cash or checks will be accepted.
- Visa/Master Card/Discover Card and Debit Cards are accepted.
- All students must have the fee paid in order to participate in competitions. Click here for starting dates.
Activity Fee Payment Instructions
- Click on the payment center Icon
- Choose high school or middle school
- Choose your child's school
- Click on the appropriate activity
- Enter Student's last name and school ID number
- Go to "Checkout"
- Create Rev-Trak account and password
- Enter payment info
Season Athletic Passes
Passes for 2012/2013 school year will be available after
July 1, 2012. Please check back later for more details.

- Student (1 person) season pass good at all WCS schools. Cost $40.00
- Family pass (2 adults and 4 children in grades 6-12), good at all WCS schools. Cost 75.00

| Middle School - Family pass (including students), good at all 5 WCS middle schools. |
Season athletic passes are good at all regular season games. They are not good at tournaments, invitationals, or state level contests (district, regional, etc).
One-way Transportation
All sports teams will be transported to athletic events only (with some exceptions). Parents have the responsibility to arrange return transportation following Board Policy 8660 and Board Guidelines.
