The Baby Stroller that Could
Robots are used quite frequently in this industrialized era. With the help of robots, humans can focus their attention on other non-repetitive tasks. Greater detail can also be accomplished. Using robots, companies can reduce the production costs. By programming a robot that can navigate itself, a human does not have to be present to supervise the work of the robot. We set out to build a robot that could navigate itself throughout the school carrying messages and packages. However, due to difficulty of design and budget limits, we were only able to build a robot that would go down the hall without crashing into the walls. Unfortunately, the robot only worked for a couple of minutes and then died.
