Athletes:
Track and Field is a sport, which combines individual and team performance. Individual effort level is critical to your success and the performance of the team. At times workouts are demanding. We want you to better yourself physically, mentally and to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
The coaching staff looks forward to working with you. Remember events are individual in nature, team points add up to determine a winning team score. We are the SHHS Men's Track and Field Team.
