Healthy mind, healthy body, healthy connections! Students will connect with staff and their peers in a fun outdoor environment. Meetings will begin with a trust circle and students will be lead through mindfulness activities and stretches. Students will engage in team-building activities and walking during the session. The session will close with a snack, social time, and reflection.
In-person
This program will focus on learning and practicing the fundamentals of basketball. Athletes will develop ball-handling skills, proper shooting form, defensive position, and learn different types of passes. In addition, they will put their skills to the test with daily contests and games.
